Every clean is customized to your home and what matters most to you — at one simple rate.
Regular Cleaning
Ongoing upkeep on a weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule, so your home stays the way you like it between visits.

- Bathrooms — toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors
- Bedrooms and living spaces dusted and tidied
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
Deep Cleaning
A top-to-bottom clean for when a home needs more than upkeep — the build-up, the corners and the spots a regular clean doesn't reach.
- Baseboards, doors and door frames
- Light fixtures, vents and ceiling fans
- Behind and under furniture that can be moved
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Top-to-bottom cleans for empty homes — inside cabinets, appliances and closets, the way landlords actually check.
- Inside cabinets, drawers and closets
- Inside oven, fridge and appliances
- Baseboards, doors and light fixtures
- Cleaned the way landlords check
Post-Construction Cleaning
After a remodel or a build, we clear the fine dust and debris the work leaves behind, so the space is ready to live in.
- Construction dust removed from every surface
- Windows, sills and tracks wiped clean
- Cabinets, counters and fixtures detailed
- Floors vacuumed and mopped

FAQ
Questions we get asked.
How much does a cleaning cost?
Initial cleaning services are $180 per hour with a three-person team. How many hours a visit takes depends on the size and condition of the home and what you'd like done — every clean is customized to you. For regular, deep, move-in / move-out and post-construction cleaning, call (520) 342-9084 or send us a request and we'll go over it with you.
Can I choose what gets cleaned?
Yes — every cleaning is customized to your needs. Tell us the rooms to focus on, anything to skip, and anything that needs extra care, and we'll plan the visit around it.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our customers leave us to it. As Kathy put it, "I don't have to be home while they're cleaning; I know they'll do their job and not bother our personal belongings."
What products do you use?
Environmentally friendly cleaning products — safer around children, pets and anyone sensitive to harsh chemicals. If you'd prefer we use something specific of yours, just say so.
How often can you come?
Weekly, biweekly, monthly or annual — whichever fits your budget. One-time deep, move-in / move-out and post-construction cleans are welcome too.
What are your office hours?
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. We don't work on weekends.
What if I'm not happy with the job?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. Tell us what's wrong and we'll come back and take care of it.
Which areas do you serve?
Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Vail, Sahuarita and Green Valley, plus the surrounding southern Arizona communities. Call and ask if you're not sure.
